Shipping Terms
TRUCK SHIPMENTS
Items that require Truck shipment do
not have shipping charges included, as the carrier will collect those
charges on delivery. Disregard UPS charges on any truck shipment
that may show up at checkout, you will not be billed for these UPS
charges for a Truck Shipment.
UPS and TRUCK items in same
order.
If your order includes both UPS and
Truck shipped items, the UPS shippable items will be shipped with the
Truck shipment. In this case, the UPS charges will not be billed to your
order even though they may appear on the checkout page.
UPS/ FED EX
There is a $5.00 minimum charge per UPS
order.
A $5.00 charge will be added to all UPS / Fed Ex shipments for the
cost of boxing and / or crating of shipment.
Oversize Items by Truck
A $10.00 charge will be
added to all larger items that ship Truck. You will only be
charged once per shipment regardless of number of boxes. If your order
contains both UPSable and Truck items, all will be sent Truck and you will only be charged the $10.00 fee.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and are not covered by warranty.
Ordering
By Phone
For fast service, phone in and use
your Visa, or MasterCard card. Our sales office is open 8:30 am to 5:30 p.m.
M-F (Eastern). You will need the following information to place your
order:
- The part number
- The product description
- Make, Model, body style, etc. of
your truck.
When credit card is used, you will
need:
- Credit card number
- Expiration date
- Name and address where you receive
your billing statement.
- Name and address of the bank where
your card is issued from
No Personal Checks.
Company Checks - will be
accepted only if authorized through our office. Any returned checks
for any reason whatsoever will accrue a fee of $25.00.
Visa and MasterCard - accepted with correct billing address for
security purposes.
Western Union Wire Transfers
Money Order or Cashiers Check -
Mailed directly to our Maryville, TN Office

Orders Outside the 48
States
Must be paid in full in U.S. funds.
Freight charges are collect due to varying sizes and weights required
by the freight carriers. All credit card orders must be from a U.S.
located bank.
Refused , and Errors in
Shipments
If any shipment is refused there
will be a 15% handling charge in addition to the freight charges
both ways added to your account. No further shipments will be
released until account is paid in full.
No Refunds. Returned merchandise will be
accepted only for warranty inspection. Return authorization
required. See warranty terms for more information.
Any claims for errors in shipping due to
shipper error must be filed with East Coast Customs Inc. within 24
hours of receipt of goods.
Damaged Shipments
All claims for damaged or missing
merchandise must first be filed with the carrier. East Coast Customs
Inc. cannot make the claim for you. We will replace the merchandise as
soon as the carrier settles the claim.
Subject To Change
East Coast Customs Inc. reserves the
right, at our discretion, to make any changes deemed necessary to
products, literature or pricing without incurring any liability or
obligation to our customers.
Limited Warranty
All products carry a warranty against
any defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year (12
months) from the date of purchase. Warranty is limited to the
replacement of parts found to be defective by East Coast Customs Inc.
Authorization of Repair or Replacement shall be made at the discretion
of East Coast Customs Inc.
This warranty excludes any and all
labor, paint, installation, shipping, freight, handling and any other charges. All products must be
pre-fitted before painting. Absolutely no painted parts will be
accepted for return based on a "does not fit" claim. This
warranty also excludes any defects caused by abuse, neglect, damage in
transit, off highway use, accident, altered parts, or parts that have
been installed incorrectly.
All products are made of either ABS plastic or in Fiberglass. Products
are sold and shipped in a ready for prep and paint condition. All
parts must be inspected upon delivery and trial fitted to vehicle
BEFORE altering or painting. Parts that have been painted, sanded,
drilled or altered in any way are absolutely
non-returnable. Any sanding, paint preparation or alteration of any
kind should only be done by a qualified auto body technician
